Warranty period

Deutsche Photovoltaik Energie warrants that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship to the original consumer purchaser. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser.

• For the portable energy storage system product, the warranty period varies from 24 months to 72 months.
• For the home backup system product, the warranty period varies from 48 months to 60 months.
• A 12-month warranty is offered for the solar module product and accessories such as cables, charger, etc.

Guarantee declaration

Any defect in material or workmanship of the product will be covered after you provide valid proof of purchase and information, including but not limited to:

• A purchase order number made through official BLUETTI stores.
• A sales invoice or confirmation email that clearly states the product description, price, and sales channel.

Note: This limited warranty is limited to the country of purchase. The warranty is void if the item is taken or shipped to other countries.

Warranty exclusions

1. Misuse, abuse, damage caused by accident or by acts of God (e.g., lightning, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.);
2. Unauthorized modifications, repairs, disassembly, or use that does not comply with the official instructions or manuals
3. Purchase from unauthorized resellers
4. Use for special applications that do not correspond to normal consumer use
5. Lost, stolen or fully refunded products
6. Any defect or damage caused by excessive heat, cold, liquids or other external causes
7. Invalid proof of purchase
8. Expiry of the warranty period
9. The battery model on the warranty card does not match the actual item
10. Unauthorized changes to the warranty certificate
11. Product wear and tear due to use over time
12. Damage during transit (We strongly recommend keeping the original carton and all original packaging to ensure safe shipment when claiming the warranty)

Return and refund

• Order Cancellation: Customers can request an order cancellation by email or phone within 48 hours of placing the order. If the product has already been shipped, an interception fee will be charged.
• A 30-day money-back guarantee is automatically applied to your order.

• For warranty claims, the following services can be provided by Deutsche Photovoltaik Energie / BLUETTI or the local authorized service partner:
• In case of exchange, a refurbished model of equal value can be provided and delivery of the replacement will be arranged within 7 working days (subject to change due to force majeure) after the defective item has been received at the Deutsche Photovoltaik Energie / BLUETTI warehouse.
• A replacement product will carry the remaining warranty of the original product or thirty (30) days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.
• For any claims outside the warranty period, please contact Deutsche Photovoltaik Energie / BLUETTI customer service in advance for further details.

Disclaimer of implied warranties

This limited warranty replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of particular fitness for purpose or use and any implied warranty of merchantability, which might otherwise apply to BLUETTI portable solar generators. BLUETTI and its affiliates shall not be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits. No other warranties are made except as stated herein. This limited warranty may only be modified by BLUETTI. Any implied warranties permitted by law are limited in duration to the terms of the express warranty set forth herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You also have other rights that vary from state to state. BLUETTI's sole liability is limited to repair or replacement as stated above.
